End of Year Planning and Business Review

What are you working on in your business over the next 90 days?

What’s working in your business? What’s not working?  NOW is the time to get clear on what your business needs from you and how you’ll continue to move forward into 2021.

The best way to combat overwhelm (or “covid fatigue”) is to set intentions, look at the real-life stats on “where you’re at”, and manage your own expectations on what matters the most to you/your business/your life over the next few months/year.

*And if you need some help with your end-of-year goal setting and business planning, join me & my Patreon member for affordable, behind-the-scenes training with me! These lessons are designed to encourage you to TAKE ACTION and implement the tips and tricks I share.

Tuesday Q&A this week is more of a check-in….a “reality check in”! I know a lot of you can relate. I mentioned my business planning session –which I hosted for my Patreon Members–and you can find that here: https://www.patreon.com/realflowerbusiness (link’s in my bio, too, of course!) Now is the perfect time to reset and realign our goals and our actions in the final quarter of the year! #Patreon #floralpreneur #realflowerbusiness #weddingflorist #coursesforflorists #floraldesign #floristsofinstagram

Don’t get discouraged!

If you’re struggling to balance your business and adapting to challenges of 2020, I feel you! Between homeschooling and “pivoting” in your business, there’s a lot to juggle right now. But we can empower ourselves with a little planning and a lot of patience (for ourselves and everyone we meet!).

I’m on this journey with you, Floralpreneurs! Thanks for watching…and keep doing beautiful work!

xo. -Alison
